It's been a week, far far far away from my LOVE ONES!

Mico do dia !

This week has not been very easy... Lots things to be done and our client (Sankara) is extremely demanding in another words the responsibility is huge. Every day we have several discussions on the work that we are doing.

Who imagine that would be easy, we all are very concerned because of the little time that we have for handling all those expectations of our 'client'.

Our challenge as "consultants", reviewing all processes of current and recommending best practices that IBM owns or using our knowledge in favour of them. They working to assemble a system of knowledge Management system, pls see SOW attached

IT'S NOTHING easy... But fortunately today after a very productive meeting with Mr. Srivatsan (CEO of the Hospital) we finally closed the scope of our project and, what has been done so far, which is still, and will be in the coming weeks ...

Every day we have this presentation to the board ... Thank God, the presentations are going well. We have to keep ourselves busy all the time, because still  a lot to be done !

Funnyiest thing of the day ! in the evening back in the hotel, I felt sleep and snoring very loud  in an Indian teacher yoga class... In the end, I was so tired, I guess I was to relaxed.

Visitando Sankara Eye Care Institutions - India ! Visitying Sankara Eye Care Institutions - India !

Consultores : Sverre Moen, Alexandre Ferreira, Mercedes Vital

Cricket is very big in India, is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of 11 players on an oval-shaped field, at the centre of which is a rectangular 22-yard long pitch. One team bats, trying to score as many runs as possible while the other team bowls and fields, trying to dismiss the batsmen and thus limit the runs scored by the batting team.

Always use the right hand when eating or receiving food and not the left. The left hand is not used to eat so that it can be used for serving food from the serving dish onto your plate using serving spoons, tongs etc. However, for left-handers its vice-versa.
