Essa semana fizemos uma apresentação prévia do nosso projeto ao cliente. Nesta fase temos que mostrar ao cliente o que encontramos de relevante, além das oportunidades de melhorias, desafios e recomendações. Estamos preparando a apresentação final para os membros da comissão executiva (diretoria) a ser realizada na próxima semana.
This week we made a previous presentation of our project to the customer. In this phase we have to show to the customer what are challenges and recommendations. We are preparing a final presentation for the apex members (steering group) that will take place early next week.
Todo o time CSC India 12 foi convidado para participar de um evento, juntamente com a estrela do cinema indiano Bollywood o ator Vikram (http://www.bollywoodwiki.info/page/Vikram). O evento foi organizado pelo Siruthuli uma das ONGs. Foi impressionante ouvir que Vikram tinha encorajado pessoas, em toda a região de Tamil Nadu, a plantar mais de um milhão de árvores até agora neste ano. Depois, fomos servidos com um delicioso jantar nesse casarão.
The entire Corporate Service Corps team was invited to attend an event, along with the Bollywood star Vikram (http://www.bollywoodwiki.info/page/Vikram) . The event was hosted by the NGO Siruthuli. It was impressive to hear how Vikram had encouraged people, throughout the region of Tamil Nadu, to plant more than a million trees so far this year. Afterwards, we got served a delicious dinner at this beautiful house.

Esta semana conhecemos de perto o que é o fenome climatico conhecido como 'Moonson' choveu muiiiito. Foi triste e chocante ver como as ruas e as casas foram inundadas com uma mistura da água das chuvas e da água preta dos esgotos.

veio visitar o hospital Sankara. Nos sentimos honrados por conseguir encontrar um homem de seu calibre tão respeitado por todos aqui.Todos no hospital se prepararam e muito para sua chegada, havia políciais em todos os lugares. O ex-President endereçou seu discurso à juventude, e como os jovens tem um papel vital na erradicação da cegueira no futuro.

came to visit the Sankara Eye Center. We felt honored to get to meet a man of his caliber - as one out of 41 in the history, he has been awarded bharat ratna by the government of India. Everyone at the hospital was well prepared for his arrival, and there were police men all over the place. The ex-President addressed his speech to the youth, and how they will play a vital role in the eradication of curable blindness in the future.
